The machine features a BT40 spindle with a speed range of 80 to 8,000 rpm and a cutting feed rate of up to 10,000 mm/min. Spindle power options of 5.5 kW and 7.5 kW support stable material removal across varied machining operations. A twin-arm automatic tool changer with a 24-tool capacity enables quick, reliable tool changes, while random tool selection helps reduce idle time and improve cycle efficiency.
Engineered for consistent dimensional control, the Vibrant 500 delivers positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm. Its rigid, well-balanced structure supports dependable machining quality, reduced vibration, and repeatable performance during extended production runs.
