The machine is available with BT40 or BT50 spindle configurations and operates across a speed range of 80 to 8,000 rpm. A cutting feed rate of up to 10,000 mm/min, combined with rated spindle power options of 11 kW and 15 kW, delivers strong, controlled performance for demanding machining applications. Its twin-arm automatic tool changer holds 24 tools and supports quick, reliable tool changes with random tool selection.
Engineered for precise, repeatable results, the V 1055 provides positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm. Its rigid, well-balanced construction supports reduced vibration, consistent surface finish, and dependable dimensional control during prolonged production cycles.
