PRO 100
PRO 100 is a compact CNC turning machine designed for precise, stable and productive machining. It offers a maximum turning diameter of Ø150 mm, a swing over bed of Ø400 mm and a maximum turning length of 280 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of small and medium-sized turned components.
The machine provides 650 mm X-axis travel and 280 mm Z-axis travel, with rapid feed rates of 24 m/min. Its A2-5 spindle supports a maximum bar capacity of Ø32 mm, a Ø165 × 3-jaw chuck and spindle speeds from 50 to 3500 RPM.
Equipped with a 4-tool arrangement, 20 × 20 mm tool size and up to Ø32 mm boring bar capacity, the PRO 100 is designed for accurate, repeatable machining. Positioning accuracy is 0.008 mm and repeatability is 0.007 mm, with Siemens 808 D Advance control.
