PRO 200 TURRET
PRO 200 TURRET is a compact precision turning machine designed for stable, efficient and economical production. It offers a swing over bed of Ø460 mm, a maximum turning diameter of Ø250 mm and a maximum turning length of 150 mm.
The machine provides 360 mm X-axis travel and 150 mm Z-axis travel, with rapid feed rates of 24 m/min. Its A2-6 spindle supports a maximum bar capacity of Ø42 mm, a Ø200 × 3-jaw chuck and spindle speeds from 50 to 3000 RPM.
Equipped with an 8-station turret, 25 × 25 mm tool size and up to Ø40 mm boring bar capacity, the PRO 200 TURRET is built for precise, repeatable production. Positioning accuracy is 0.008 mm with repeatability of 0.007 mm, and the machine is configured without a tailstock.
