Turn O' Mill 300
The TURN O’ MILL 300 is a robust turn-mill machine engineered for precise, productive machining of larger and complex components. Its combination of turning capacity, live-tool capability and tailstock support provides a versatile, production-ready platform for demanding machining operations.
It offers a 550 mm swing over bed, 350 mm maximum turning diameter, 500 mm maximum turning length and 600 mm distance between centers. The machine provides 275 mm X-axis travel and 525 mm Z-axis travel, with rapid feed of 24 m/min on both axes.
The machine features an A2-8 spindle with 60 mm maximum bar capacity, 300 mm chuck and 50–2500 RPM speed range. A 12-station VDI-40 live-tool turret, with all 12 stations driven, provides 5000 RPM maximum live-tool speed and 4.1 kW live-tool power. An 80 mm tailstock quill with 100 mm stroke further supports stable, dependable machining of longer components.
