The machine is equipped with a BT40 spindle operating from 80 to 8,000 rpm, with a cutting feed rate of up to 10,000 mm/min. Rated spindle power options of 7.5 kW and 11 kW provide strong, stable performance for demanding machining operations. A twin-arm automatic tool changer with 24 tools enables quick, reliable tool changes, while random tool selection improves process efficiency and reduces non-cutting time.
Built for accurate, repeatable results, the Vibrant 800 delivers positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm and repeatability of 0.007 mm. Its rigid, well-balanced construction supports controlled vibration, consistent surface finish, and dependable dimensional accuracy throughout extended production cycles.
With approximate dimensions of 2602 × 2842 × 2878 mm and a machine weight of around 4800 kg, the Vibrant 800 combines an expanded machining envelope with a practical industrial footprint. It is available with Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi control systems, offering flexible, straightforward integration across varied manufacturing environments.
